抗αＶβ６抗体およびその使用

【課題】非ヒト起源の可変領域及びヒト起源の免疫グロブリンの少なくとも一部分を含むｖ６インテグリンを認識するヒト化抗体を提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明は又、これらの抗体を調製するプロセス、これらの抗体を含む薬学的組成物、及びヒト化抗ｖ６抗体を投与することにより種々の疾患を処置する方法にも関する。本発明は又、腫瘍細胞及び組織の表面におけるインテグリンαｖβ６の差次的発現の特定、腫瘍細胞の転移の可能性を測定することにおけるこの差次的発現の使用、並びにインテグリンαｖβ６に結合するリガンド、特に抗体を使用して、腫瘍転移を診断及び処置／予防する、及び残存する転移腫瘍細胞を排除する方法にも関する。
