抗原性Ｂ型ＨＩＶポリペプチドおよび／または抗原性Ｃ型ＨＩＶポリペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチド、それらのポリペプチドおよびそれらの使用

【課題】新規のＨＩＶ配列、これらの新規配列によってコードされるポリペプチド、ならびにこれらおよび他のＨＩＶ配列から生成される合成発現カセットを提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明の合成ポリヌクレオチドは、２つ以上の免疫原性ＨＩＶポリペプチドをコードし、そのポリペプチドの少なくとも２つは、異なるＨＩＶサブタイプ由来である。一実施形態において、上記ＨＩＶサブタイプは、サブタイプＢおよびサブタイプＣである。別の実施形態において、上記ＨＩＶポリペプチドは、Ｇａｇ、Ｅｎｖ、Ｐｏｌ、Ｔａｔ、Ｒｅｖ、Ｎｅｆ、Ｖｐｒ、Ｖｐｕ、Ｖｉｆおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される。
