抗ＦｃγＲＩＩＢレセプター抗体およびその使用

【課題】選択的にヒトＦｃガンマＲＩＩＢに結合し、他のヒトＦｃガンマＲ類、例えばヒトＦｃガンマＲＩＩＡにはほとんど、または全く結合しない抗体を提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明はまた、ＦｃガンマＲＩＩＢに選択的に結合する抗体および活性化受容体に特異的に結合する第２の抗体を含む単離二重機能性抗体を提供する。抗腫瘍抗体と一緒の投与ならびに免疫応答を阻害する方法およびヒスタミン放出を抑制する方法を含む治療的使用を含むそれらの抗体に関する種々の使用法もまた記載する。
