ＤＲ５抗体およびその使用

【課題】ＤＲ５抗体およびその使用の提供。
【解決手段】本発明は、改良された特性を持つ抗ＤＲ５抗体、そのような抗体を含む組成物、そのような抗体を作成するための方法および手段、および特に癌の治療におけるそれらの治療的使用に関する。１つの態様において、本発明は、全長抗体１６Ｅ２の重鎖および／または軽鎖（各々、配列番号１１および１３）において少なくとも１つの突然変異を含む抗ＤＲ５抗体、またはその断片に関し、ここに、該抗体または抗体断片は少なくともＤＲ５に対する同一の親和性を示しおよび／または抗体１６Ｅ２と少なくとも同一の生物学的活性および／または効力を呈する。特別な具体例において、該抗体または抗体断片は全長抗体１６Ｅ２と同一のエピトープに本質的に結合する。
