ＰＳＣＡ：前立腺幹細胞抗原およびその使用

【課題】前立腺幹細胞抗原（ＰＳＣＡ）と称され、高い程度の前立腺上皮内新形成（ＰＩＮ）、アンドロゲン依存性およびアンドロゲン非依存性の前立腺腫瘍を含むすべての段階の前立腺癌で広く過剰発現する、新規の前立腺細胞表面抗原を提供すること。
【解決手段】ＰＳＣＡに関連する癌を有する患者の寿命を延長するための方法であって、該癌細胞の増殖を阻害するのに十分な時間に亘ってＰＳＣＡと選択的に結合する一定量の抗体を被験体に投与する工程を包含し、これによって、該被験体の寿命を延長する、方法。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
ＰＳＣＡに関連する癌を有する患者の寿命を延長するための方法であって、該癌細胞の増殖を阻害するのに十分な時間に亘ってＰＳＣＡと選択的に結合する一定量の抗体を被験体に投与する工程を包含し、これによって、該被験体の寿命を延長する、方法。
