Ｔ１Ｒヘテロオリゴマー味覚受容体、この受容体を発現する細胞株、および味覚化合物

【課題】甘味及びうま味の受容体として機能する味覚受容体の特定、並びにそれらに特異的に結合する化合物を提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明は、Ｔ１Ｒ１／Ｔ１Ｒ３受容体もしくはＴ１Ｒ２／Ｔ１Ｒ３受容体又はそれらのフラグメントもしくはサブユニットに特異的に結合する化合物に関する。また本発明は、うま味刺激物質及び甘味刺激物質にそれぞれ応答する化合物を同定するためのアッセイにＴ１Ｒ１／Ｔ１Ｒ３及びＴ１Ｒ２／Ｔ１Ｒ３からなるヘテロ−オリゴマー及びキメラの味覚受容体を用いることに関する。さらに本発明は、構成的又は誘導的な発現条件下において、Ｔ１Ｒ１とＴ１Ｒ３の組合せ又はＴ１Ｒ２とＴ１Ｒ３の組合せを安定に又は一過的に共発現する細胞株の構成に関する。
