遊技機

【課題】 所望の演出結果が得られない場合であっても遊技興趣の低下を抑止可能な遊技機を提供する。
【解決手段】 大当り遊技状態終了後に特別図柄の変動表示を１０回実行するまでは高い割合で昇格チャレンジ演出を実行して確変中モードへの移行期待度をステージとして示すとともにメインキャラクタがサブキャラクタを捕まえることで高確率状態に制御していることを通知するため、遊技者は高確率状態に制御可能な特別図柄の変動回数の残り回数が十分に残っている状態で安心して残りの変動回数に亘る特別図柄の変動表示を実行することができる。また、高確率状態に制御していることが通知されることなく昇格チャンスモードを終了した場合であっても高確率状態に制御されている可能性は完全には失われないため、それ以降の変動表示で高確率状態に対する期待を維持させることができる。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
予め決められている当選条件が成立したことに基づいて遊技者に利益を付与する利益付与状態に制御する遊技機であって、
前記利益付与状態終了後に低確率状態と該低確率状態よりも前記当選条件の成立割合が高い高確率状態とのいずれかに制御する確率制御手段と、
前記利益付与状態の終了後の所定期間に亘って特別演出を実行可能な特別状態に制御する特別状態制御手段と、
前記特別演出を実行する特別演出実行手段と、
遊技機の演出状態を前記確率制御手段の制御状態として前記高確率状態に制御されていることを判別可能な確定状態と前記制御状態として前記高確率状態に制御されているか否かを判別困難な未確定状態とに切り替え制御可能な演出状態変更手段と、を備え、
前記演出状態変更手段は、前記確率制御手段により前記高確率状態に制御している場合であっても前記特別状態中には前記未確定状態に制御するとともに前記特別状態終了後には前記確定状態と前記未確定状態とのいずれかに制御し、
前記特別演出実行手段は、前記特別演出を実行して前記特別状態終了後に前記確定状態となる期待度を示すことを特徴とする遊技機。
