マスクシステム

マスクシステムは、患者の顔とともに封止するように適合されたクッションを備える。一形態では、快適であり、広範な適合範囲を有し、目立たず、顔全体を覆うマスクシステムを実現する。クッションは、封止構造部(127-10)と支持構造部(127-20)とを備えることができる。支持構造部は、鼻梁領域(NBR)および/または唇領域CHN内に間隙または間隔を設けることができる。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
人間の気道に呼吸療法を施すためのマスクシステムであって、前記マスクシステムは使用時に前記人間の鼻および口と周囲封止関係にあるように構成されると共に配置され、さらに前記マスクシステムは、前額部支持体を必要とすることなく前記人間に使用されるように構成されると共に配置され、前記マスクシステムは、患者の顔の鼻梁領域、前記顔の鼻側部領域、前記顔の口角領域、および前記顔の唇領域において前記患者の前記顔に接してシールを形成するように適合されたクッションを備えており、前記クッションは、鼻根点の下かつ鼻軟骨の上にある顔の前記鼻梁領域の鼻骨上にシールを形成するようにさらに適合され、前記クッションは、前記鼻梁領域内の前記鼻側部に力を向けるように適合された少なくとも1つの横方向安定化部分をさらに備えるマスクシステム。
【請求項２】
前記クッションは、ゴムから一体成形される請求項1に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項３】
前記クッションは、顔用フラップおよびバックアップバンドを備える請求項1に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項４】
前記バックアップバンドは、前記鼻梁領域に間隙を備える請求項3に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項５】
前記鼻梁領域における前記間隙は、約13mmから約17mmまでの範囲内である請求項4に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項６】
前記バックアップバンドは、前記唇領域に間隙を備える請求項3に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項７】
前記唇領域における前記間隙は、約40mmから約60mmまでの範囲内である請求項6に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項８】
前記クッションの支持構造部は、前記クッションの口角領域においてほぼ鎌形の断面を有する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項９】
前記クッションの支持構造部は、前記鼻梁領域の側部に当てて配置されるように適合された前記クッションの領域においてほぼJ字形の断面を有する請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項１０】
前記クッションのシール形成部分は、標準的な着用者の形状に対して相補的に合う形状を有するように構成されると共に配置される請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項１１】
前記クッションのシール形成部分の鼻梁領域は、使用時に人間の鼻梁を収容するように構成されると共に配置された谷部を備える請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項１２】
前記少なくとも1つの横方向安定化部分は、使用時に前記鼻側部を押すように適合された幅を有する部分を画成する請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項１３】
前記幅は、約3mmから7mmまでの範囲内である請求項12に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項１４】
顔と、人間の気道の入口に対して陽圧空気の供給を提供するための呼吸マスクシステムのフレームと、の間の封止された接触面を提供するための、封止部分を具備するクッションであって、
前記封止部分は、
前記人の鼻梁に接してシールを形成するように適合された鼻梁部分と、
前記鼻梁領域の鼻側部に力を加えるように適合された少なくとも1つの横方向安定化部分と、
口角領域と、
下側唇領域と、を備え、
前記クッションは、前記クッションの保持機能部と前記封止部分との間に配置された壁部分をさらに備え、前記壁部分が、口角領域における第1の断面輪郭と、鼻側部領域における第2の断面輪郭と、を有する、クッション。
【請求項１５】
前記第1の断面輪郭は、鎌形または疑問符形を有する請求項14に記載のクッション。
【請求項１６】
前記第2の断面輪郭は、J字形を有する請求項14または15に記載のクッション。
【請求項１７】
前記クッションの保持機能部に対する前記壁部分の横方向外側への範囲は、前記鼻側部領域に比べて前記口角領域においてさらに横方向に変位されている請求項14に記載のクッション。
【請求項１８】
使用時に前記人間の前記顔と接触するように適合された比較的薄い顔用フラップを備える請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載のクッション。
【請求項１９】
比較的厚いバックアップバンドを備える請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載のクッション。
【請求項２０】
前記バックアップバンドは、鼻側部領域上で前記顔用フラップを支持するように構成されると共に配置される請求項18に依存したときの請求項19に記載のクッション。
【請求項２１】
前記バックアップバンドは、顔用フラップの少なくとも一部が支持されない状態にしておくために前記バックアップバンド内に少なくとも1つの間隙を備える請求項18に従属する請求項19に記載のクッション。
【請求項２２】
前記少なくとも1つの間隙が前記鼻梁領域にある請求項21に記載のクッション。
【請求項２３】
前記少なくとも1つの間隙が前記下側唇領域にある請求項21に記載のクッション。
【請求項２４】
マスクフレームと、使用時に前記患者の前記顔の頬領域に沿って前記マスクフレームへ又は前記マスクフレームから延在するように構成されると共に配置された上側ヘッドギアコネクタおよび/または下側ヘッドギアコネクタと、をさらに備える請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項２５】
患者の頬領域上で使用時に位置するように構成されると共に配置された安定化部分またはリジダイザーをさらに備える請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のマスクシステム。
【請求項２６】
前記各コネクタ、安定化部分、またはリジダイザーは、半剛体の材料で構成される請求項24または25に記載のマスクシステム。
