レコンビナーゼポリメラーゼ増幅

【課題】レコンビナーゼポリメラーゼ増幅を提供すること。
【解決手段】本発明は、新規の、多様な、ハイブリッドおよび作成されたレコンビナーゼ酵素、ならびにＤＮＡ増幅アッセイを行うための、関連組換え因子をともなうそのような蛋白質の使用を、その特色とする。また、本発明は、ＤＮＡ増幅アッセイにおける異なる生化学的活性を有する異なるレコンビナーゼ「系」、ならびに負荷因子、一本鎖ＤＮＡ結合蛋白質（ＳＳＢ）、および使用される密集剤の量についての異なる要求も、その特色とする。さらに詳しくは、本発明は、Ｔ６、Ｒｂ６９、Ａｅｈｌ、およびＫＶＰ４０ハイブリッドおよび作成蛋白質の使用、およびそのような蛋白質のレコンビナーゼポリメラーゼ増幅アッセイにおける使用に関する。
