病原体検出バイオセンサー

【課題】病原体検出バイオセンサーを提供すること。
【解決手段】a)試料を固体表面上に局在化する工程；
b)試料を含む固体表面を、非遠心分離法を使用して、エミッター細胞と接触させる工程、ここで、該エミッター細胞は、レセプター、および該レセプターへの試料中の標的抗原の結合に応答して光子を放出するエミッター分子を含む；ならびに
c)光子放出を検出する工程、ここで、光子放出は、試料中の抗原を示す、
を含む、試料中の抗原を検出するための非遠心分離法。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
a)試料を固体表面上に局在化する工程；
b)試料を含む固体表面を、非遠心分離法を使用して、エミッター細胞と接触させる工程、ここで、該エミッター細胞は、レセプター、および該レセプターへの試料中の標的抗原の結合に応答して光子を放出するエミッター分子を含む；ならびに
c)光子放出を検出する工程、ここで、光子放出は、試料中の抗原を示す、
を含む、試料中の抗原を検出するための非遠心分離法。
【請求項２】
抗原が、空気衝突により局在化される、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項３】
抗原が、静電的回収により局在化される、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項４】
抗原が、電気泳動回収により液体試料から局在化される、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項５】
表面がピンヘッドである、請求項１〜４いずれか記載の方法。
【請求項６】
液体試料中の抗原が、抗原を結合する官能基化された磁気ビーズと試料をインキュベートすることにより、固体表面に局在化される、請求項１記載の方法。

磁気ビーズが、磁化されたピンにより局在化される、請求項６記載の方法。
【請求項８】
エミッター細胞がＢ細胞である、請求項１〜７いずれか記載の方法。
【請求項９】
レセプターが抗体である、請求項１〜８いずれか記載の方法。

可溶性抗原が、核酸、毒素、ペプチド、化学物質、ウイルス、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項１２記載の方法。
