ＨＩＶポリペプチドの改善された発現およびウイルス様粒子の生成

【課題】被験体において免疫応答を発生させること。
【解決手段】本発明は、種々の細胞型（哺乳動物、昆虫および植物の細胞を含むが、これらに限定されない）におけるＨＩＶポリペプチドの効率的な発現に関する。ＨＩＶ Ｇａｇ含有ポリペプチドをコードする合成発現カセットが記載され、ＤＮＡ免疫、パッケージング細胞株の作製、およびＥｎｖ含有タンパク質、ｔａｔ含有タンパク質またはＧａｇ含有タンパク質の生成を含む適用における発現カセットの使用もまた記載される。本発明は、ウイルス様粒子（ＶＬＰ）を生成する方法、ならびにＶＬＰの使用（抗原提示のためのビヒクルおよびＶＬＰが投与される被験体における免疫応答の刺激が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない）を提供する。
