光反射シート、光源装置及び表示装置

【課題】熱膨張にて伸縮する光反射シートがシート面に沿う方向、及び周方向へ位置ずれするのを防ぐことができ、複数のレンズ孔を有する光反射シートの適正な位置を保つことができる光反射シート、光源装置及び表示装置を提供する。
【解決手段】光源を支持する支持体に支持され、光源が発光した光を反射させる光反射シート７に、厚さ方向に貫通するシート貫通孔７４及び該シート貫通孔からシート面に沿う方向へ離隔し、且つ離隔する方向に長いシート貫通長孔７５を開設し、シート貫通孔に嵌入され光反射シート７の支持体に対する位置を設定する第１軸体、及びシート貫通長孔に該シート貫通長孔の長さ方向への相対移動を可能に嵌入され光反射シート７の支持体に対する位置を設定する第２軸体を設けた。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
複数の発光ダイオード及び該発光ダイオードの夫々に対応する複数のレンズが一面に実装され、他面側が支持体に支持される回路基板の一面上に載置される光反射シートにおいて、厚さ方向に貫通し、嵌入される位置設定部にてシート面に沿う方向への位置ずれを防ぐための一つのシート貫通孔と、該シート貫通孔からシート面に沿う方向へ離隔した位置に前記シート貫通孔へ向かう方向に長くして配され、嵌入される位置設定部にて前記シート貫通孔部分の周方向への位置ずれを防ぐためのシート貫通長孔と、前記レンズがその内部に配される複数のレンズ孔とを設けてあることを特徴とする光反射シート。
【請求項２】
前記シート貫通孔は前記シート貫通長孔よりもシート面の中央側の位置で、且つ隣合う前記レンズ孔の間に配してあり、前記シート貫通長孔は前記シート貫通孔よりもシート面の周縁側の位置に配してある請求項１記載の光反射シート。
【請求項３】
シート面の周縁部の位置には前記回路基板が前記支持体に取付けられるための取付部材が嵌入される複数の第２シート貫通孔を設けてあり、前記シート貫通孔は前記第２シート貫通孔よりも小であり、前記シート貫通長孔の幅は前記第２シート貫通孔よりも小である請求項１又は２記載の光反射シート。
【請求項４】
複数の発光ダイオード及び該発光ダイオードの夫々に対応する複数のレンズが一面に実装され、他面側が支持体に支持される回路基板の一面上に載置される光反射シートにおいて、厚さ方向に貫通し、嵌入される位置設定部にてシート面に沿う方向への位置ずれを防ぐためのシート貫通孔と、該シート貫通孔の縁に連なり、嵌入される位置設定部にて前記シート貫通孔部分の周方向への位置ずれを防ぐためのシート貫通長孔と、前記レンズがその内部に配される複数のレンズ孔とを設けてあることを特徴とする光反射シート。
【請求項５】
一面に発光ダイオードが実装された回路基板と、該回路基板を支持する支持体と、前記回路基板の一面上に載置され、前記発光ダイオードが発光した光を反射させる請求項１から４のいずれか一つに記載の光反射シートと、前記シート貫通孔に嵌入され前記光反射シートのシート面に沿う方向への位置ずれを防ぐための第１位置設定部、及び前記シート貫通長孔に該シート貫通長孔の長さ方向への相対移動を可能に嵌入され前記光反射シートの周方向への位置ずれを防ぐための第２位置設定部とを備えることを特徴とする光源装置。
【請求項６】
前記第１位置設定部は、前記シート貫通孔よりも小さい設定軸部を有する第１軸体であり、前記第２位置設定部は、前記シート貫通長孔の幅よりも小さい設定軸部を有する第２軸体であり、該第１軸体及び第２軸体が嵌入される二つの位置設定孔を前記支持体に開設してある請求項５記載の光源装置。
【請求項７】
前記回路基板は複数が並置されている請求項５又は６記載の光源装置。
【請求項８】
前記支持体は、略四角形をなし、前記回路基板を支持する板部と、該板部の周縁に連なる枠部及び該枠部の周縁に連なる鍔部とを有し、該鍔部に前記第２位置設定部を配してある請求項５記載の光源装置。
【請求項９】
一側に表示面を有する表示部と、該表示部の他側に配された請求項５から８のいずれか一つに記載の光源装置とを備えることを特徴とする表示装置。
