アデノ随伴ウイルス（ＡＡＶ）の同源系統群（クレイド）、配列、それらを含有するベクターおよびそれらの用途

【課題】アデノ随伴ウイルス（ＡＡＶ）キャプシドの配列ならびにこれらの配列を含有するベクターおよび宿主細胞、ならびに宿主細胞およびベクターの使用方法を提供する。
【解決手段】血清型ｈｕ.３７のアデノ随伴ウイルス（ＡＡＶ）キャプシドを含んでなるＡＡＶであって、かつ、該ＡＡＶが逆方向末端反復反復配列および異種遺伝子の宿主細胞中での発現を可能にする調節配列に作動可能に連結されている該異種遺伝子を有するミニジーンをさらに含むことからなる。

【請求項１】
配列番号８８のアミノ酸２０４〜７３８の配列を有する血清型ｈｕ．３７のアデノ随伴ウイルス（ＡＡＶ）キャプシドを含んでなるアデノ随伴ウイルス（ＡＡＶ）であって、かつ、該ＡＡＶが逆方向末端反復配列および異種遺伝子の宿主細胞中での発現を可能にする調節配列に作動可能に連結されている該異種遺伝を有するミニジーンをさらに含むことを特徴とする、上記ＡＡＶ。
