上皮成長因子受容体の欠失型変異体を認識する抗体、およびそれらの使用

【課題】ヒトおよび動物の癌のより良い診断および治療を助長するための腫瘍特異的分子を得ることである。
【解決手段】本発明は新規な抗体、特に上皮成長因子受容体の欠失型変異体、および特にタイプIIIの欠失型変異体、EGFRvIIIを対象とする抗体に関する。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
重鎖ポリペプチドおよび軽鎖ポリペプチドを含む単離したヒトモノクローナル抗体であって、メイタンシノイド(DM-1)、サポリン、オーリスタチンE毒素(AEFP)、モノメチルオーリスタチンE(MMAE)およびオーリスタチンEからなる群から選択される毒素と結合している抗体であり、前記重鎖または軽鎖ポリペプチドの少なくとも1つが、配列番号2、配列番号19、配列番号142、配列番号144およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列に少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含む、抗体。
