説明

細胞巨大分子合成の阻害が低減された組換えアルファウイルスベースのベクター

【課題】種々の適用（例えば、遺伝子治療および組換えタンパク質生成を含む）で使用される選択された所望の表現型を有する組換えベクターを提供し、そしてさらに他の関連の利点を提供することを、本発明の解決すべき課題とする。
【解決手段】単離された核酸分子であって、変更されたアルファウイルス非構造タンパク質遺伝子を含み、これは組換えアルファウイルス粒子中に作動可能に組み込まれた場合、哺乳動物細胞での発現の後に、宿主細胞支配の巨大分子合成の５０％阻害に達するために必要な時間を野生型アルファウイルスに比べて増大させる、単離された核酸分子を提供することによって、上記課題は解決された。
