Ｔ−ｂｅｔ組成物およびそれらの使用方法

【課題】Ｔ−ｂｅｔをコードする単離された核酸分子および単離されたＴ−ｂｅｔポリペプチド、並びにその使用方法の提供。
【解決手段】Ｔ−ｂｅｔをコードする単離された核酸分子および単離されたＴ−ｂｅｔポリペプチド。さらに、生物学的サンプル中のＴ−ｂｅｔ発現および／もしくは活性の検出方法、細胞中でのＴ−ｂｅｔ発現および／もしくは活性の調節方法、ならびにＴ−ｂｅｔの発現および／もしくは活性を調節する作用物質の同定方法を包含する、Ｔ−ｂｅｔ組成物の使用方法。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
Ｔ−ｂｅｔの発現および／もしくは活性を調節する作用物質とＣＤ８＋ Ｔ細胞を接触させてそれによりＣＤ８＋ Ｔ細胞中のＩＦＮ−γの産生を調節することを含んでなる、ＣＤ８＋細胞におけるＩＦＮ−γの産生の調節方法。
