高速印刷エンジンを有するインクジェットプリンタユニット

印刷のために印刷媒体（８）を供給する媒体入力トレイ（３）と、前記印刷媒体にイメージを印刷する印刷エンジン（１）と、印刷された媒体を収集する媒体出力トレイ（４）とを具備するインクジェットプリンタユニット（２）であって、前記印刷エンジンが、ページ幅印字ヘッド（２２）およびインク供給（２４）を有するタイプの取外し可能インクジェットカートリッジ（１０）と、取外し可能インクジェットカートリッジを受け、印刷に関する印字ヘッドの動作を制御するように適合された本体を有するクレードル（１２）とを備える、インクジェットプリンタユニット（２）。
