ＥＬ表示装置

【課題】トランジスタの特性のバラツキによる表示ムラの発生を抑制することが可能なＥＬ表示装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
アレイ基板３０と、アレイ基板３０と接続されたプログラム電流を出力する第１のソースドライバ回路１４ｍと第２のソースドライバ回路１４ｓと、ソースドライバ回路１４内に構成されたコントロール回路と、第１のソースドライバ回路１４ｍと第２のソースドライバ回路１４ｓのうち、いずれかをマスターあるいはスレーブ動作させる制御端子とを具備することを特徴とするＥＬ表示装置である。

【請求項１】
アレイ基板と、
前記アレイ基板と接続されたプログラム電流を出力する第１のソースドライバ回路と第２のソースドライバ回路と、
前記ソースドライバ回路内に構成されたコントロール回路と、
前記第１のソースドライバ回路と第２のソースドライバ回路のうち、いずれかをマスターあるいはスレーブ動作させる制御端子とを具備することを特徴とするＥＬ表示装置。
