便座装置

【課題】便座と発熱線とを確実に絶縁しつつ、万一の際の安全性を確保した便座装置を提供することを目的とする。
【解決手段】着座面を有し金属材料を含む便座と、前記便座の前記着座面の裏面側に設けられる発熱線４６３ａと、前記発熱線４６３ａの外周部を覆うように設けられるエナメル層４６３ｂと、前記便座および前記エナメル層４６３ｂの間に設けられる絶縁層とを備え、前記エナメル層４６３ｂの外周には導電テープ４６３ｃを螺旋状に巻装するとともに、これら発熱線４６３ａと導電テープ４６３ｃを絶縁破壊検知回路に接続した。したがって、エナメル層４６３ｂに破壊などが生じると、発熱線４６３ａから導電テープ４６３ｃに漏洩電流が流れ、これを絶縁破壊検知回路が検知して、例えば、電源を遮断する。

【請求項１】
着座面を有し金属材料を含む便座と、前記便座の前記着座面の裏面側に設けられる発熱線と、前記発熱線の外周部を覆うように設けられるエナメル層と、前記便座および前記エナメル層の間に設けられる絶縁層とを備え、前記エナメル層の外周には導電テープを螺旋状に巻装するとともに、これら発熱線と導電テープを絶縁破壊検知回路に接続したたことを特徴とする便座装置。
