遍在性クロマチンオープニングエレメント（ＵＣＯＥ）を含むポリヌクレオチド

【課題】ＬＣＲ由来ではない遍在性クロマチンオープニングエレメント（ＵＣＯＥ）を含むポリヌクレオチドの提供。
【解決手段】単離されたポリヌクレオチドであって、ＤＮａｓｅ Ｉ高感受性部位が、該ポリヌクレオチドがクロマチンを開くかまたはクロマチンを開いた状態に維持して作動可能に連結された遺伝子の再現可能な発現を容易にするという点で特徴付けられるプロモーターと関連付けられる場合を除いて、該ポリヌクレオチドはメチル化されていない広範なＣｐＧ島を含み、そして該ＤＮａｓｅ Ｉ高感受性部位を欠失する、ポリヌクレオチド。
