ミラー装置の製造方法

【課題】所望する反り量のミラーを製造することができるミラー装置の製造方法を提供する。
【解決手段】回動可能に支持された平板状のミラーを有するミラー基板を用意する第１のステップと、ミラーの一の面に第１の金属層を形成する第２のステップと、ミラーの他の面に第２の金属層を形成する第３のステップと、電極基板上にミラー基板を載置し、電極とミラーとを対向配置する第４のステップとを有し、表面層２３２及び裏面層２３３の少なくとも一方の厚さを制御する。これにより、ミラー２３０の反り量を制御して、所望の曲率半径を有するミラー２３０を製造することができる。

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】
回動可能に支持された平板状のミラーを有するミラー基板と、このミラー基板と対向配置され、前記ミラーの回動を制御する電極が形成された電極基板とを有するミラー装置の製造方法であって、
回動可能に支持された平板状のミラーを有するミラー基板を用意する第１のステップと、
前記ミラーの一の面に第１の金属層を形成する第２のステップと、
前記ミラーの他の面に第２の金属層を形成する第３のステップと、
前記電極基板上に前記ミラー基板を載置し、前記電極と前記ミラーとを対向配置する第４のステップと
を有することを特徴とするミラー装置の製造方法。
【請求項２】
請求項１記載のミラー装置の製造方法において、
前記第２のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第１の金属層の厚さを設定し、
前記第３のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第２の金属層の厚さを設定する
ことを特徴とするミラー装置の製造方法。
【請求項３】
請求項１記載のミラー装置の製造方法において、
前記第２のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第１の金属層を構成する材料を設定し、
前記第３のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第２の金属層を構成する材料を設定する
ことを特徴とするミラー装置の製造方法。
【請求項４】
請求項１記載のミラー装置の製造方法において、
前記第３のステップまたは前記第４のステップの後、前記ミラー基板を加熱処理する第５のステップ
をさらに有することを特徴とするミラー装置の製造方法。
【請求項５】
請求項１記載のミラー装置の製造方法において、
前記第２のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第１の金属層の形成時の温度を設定し、
前記第３のステップは、生成する前記ミラーの形状に応じて前記第２の金属層の形成時の温度を設定する
ことを特徴とするミラー装置の製造方法。
